Templated Email System
PROJECT GOALS
Create a system of modular email templates to allow for content to be updated and tested quickly. The templated structure allows for multiple brands under the RCS umbrella to use the same layouts with options for colour and content customization without the time requirements of a custom build.
APPROACH
A series of wireframes were created, which outlined the various modules comprising each template. The wires lay out the specific technical specs for each template based on user experience best practices and accessibility standards.
Working with both the development and design teams, we went through a series of iterations to ensure we were creating efficiencies for both the creative team, development team and client.
EXECUTION
We built a series of predefined PSDs and HTML templates based on the specs outlined, which could easily be picked up and edited in order to reduce creative, development and QA time and create an efficient process from brief to deployment.
